What is Orthopaedic-Orthokinetic Clinical Exercise?

Orthopaedic Chiropractic: A system of treatment in which disease is considered to be the result of abnormal functioning of the nervous system. It prevents disease and maintains the health and well-being of a patient through the massage of the spine without the use of drugs or surgery.

Orthopaedic-O.K. A is the art and science of restoring the normal structure, and energetic dynamism of the body by natural means such as: specialized, skillful osteomyological Techniques and Manipulations, on the Spine, Bones, Muscles, Nerves and Organs of the body in combination. (as appropriate).
ORTHOPATHY - Orthokinetic Clinical Exercise (OKA) studies the musculoskeletal part of the body. It deals with the movement of muscles and bones and their monitoring, which consequently intervenes at the physical level but is not limited to this. The goal is to help people move easily and without pain, preparing and at the same time facilitating a positive, constructive change for people at the physical, mental and emotional level. Solving problems, removing obstacles mainly related to anxiety and stress require the use of our energy. Through kinesiopathy, psychosomatic energy BLOCKS are released and the sick organism achieves self-healing.

How does the Orthopathic (OKA) Method work?

When specific points of the fascia, muscles and sensory neurons are stimulated with orthopaedic skill, an electronic message is sent to the central nervous system (brain, spinal cord), resulting in the release of endorphins and enkephalins (natural painkillers from the brain) and other neurotransmitters (substances that modify nerve impulses), with regulatory capacity and positive effects on a wide range of disorders and systems of the body (immune, nervous, musculoskeletal, digestive, hormonal, sensory, urogenital, circulatory, respiratory, lymphatic, and skin).

What does Orthopaedic Therapy do? O.K.A):
The Orthopaedic method uses: Orthopaedic computerized analysis, musculoskeletal, spinal, cranial adjustments, Laser, special corrective exercises, detoxification, orthomolecular supplements and therapeutic superfoods.
Conclusion: The central nervous system naturally produces all preventive and therapeutic drugs that are automatically given to your body at the right time and in the right dose when needed to bring you back to normal.
Informationally, technical chemical drugs and synthetic chemical substances attack the nervous system. After prolonged use, the nerve cells of the brain cease to function normally. Because they receive these abnormal drugs, your body stops producing its own normal endorphins, enkephalins and the neurotransmitters which are the brain chemicals with which it communicates with the rest of the body and gives therapeutic instructions, adjustments, modifications, prevention and treatment within the limits of the strength of each organism separately..
It is a holistic therapeutic method that uses the body's biofeedback mechanism through musculoskeletal tests to obtain information about the functioning of the body's systems. It is a non-invasive treatment with an intense balancing effect on many levels of the body.
It is a system of assessment and treatment that gives particular importance to body structure problems and problems arising from mechanical imbalances. It is not only a natural alternative treatment to conventional medicine, but a complementary concept of health that adds invaluable help to the patient before a comprehensive treatment option.
In simple words, it is a treatment of psychosomatic health problems using "unloading" techniques, so as to release the normal tissues (muscles, ligaments, joints, fascia, viscera) that suffocate and impede the proper functioning of body fluids (blood, lymph fluid, etc.). Its purpose is to improve the elasticity of the tissues and consequently of the joints, to allow the individual to gain body mobility and to strengthen the body's innate healing mechanisms to such an extent that they can bring about improvement or complete healing.
